Toopcam Return and Refund Policy
30-Day Returns

At Toopcam, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your product, you can return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

How to return an item:
1. Contact us by phone at +5177256891 or by email at contact@toopcam.shop to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RMA).
2. Carefully pack the item in its original packaging with all accessories and documents included.
3. Include a copy of the invoice or purchase order with the Return Authorization Number (RMA) clearly marked.
4. Send the package to the following address:

Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will then issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 business days.

Exceptions:
Some items are not eligible for return if they are opened, used, or damaged, unless they have a manufacturing defect. Perishable goods, intimate or sanitary items, and gift cards are not eligible for return.
